Lady Gaga's Dress Comes Alive Again During A Night Out In Paris

During a recent night out in Paris, France, something strange happened to Lady Gaga’s dress.

The queen of all things weird was seen out and about earlier this week.

At first it just looked like Gaga was wearing a shiny over-sized dress. 

But then things got weird and Gaga’s inflatable dress came alive changing her into some kind of magical sea creature.
